spin out of prime overtime

As many have observed on HC, Prime is being held up as the latest "this is the one" opportunity for shareholders, with all of our eggs in this single basket. It's make or break time.

Just to review, we've had one of these almost every year since the spin out of NuSep itself.

For Prime, at every AGM for the last 3 years, we were promised "18 months to first sales" Ok, the 2012 AGM they blew it out to 2 years).

On the 30th October, we were given a timetable for Prime spin out, to be voted at the AGM. This vote was pulled, coincidentally after proxies were in, before the AGM with no decent explanation as to why (RB??)

6 February 2013 PrIME Biologics posts shareholder statements to all shareholders.
7 February 2013 PrIME Biologics posts prospectus to all PrIME Biologics shareholders
and other investors.
Early April 2013 PrIME Biologics capital raising closes.
Early May 2013 PrIME Biologics lists on the ASX (subject to ASX approval).


Were now in the back of March with "Early April" starting next week. Now I know it was postponed, but we're supposed to be deep in capital raising by now, with listing 5-6 weeks away and Q1 all but finished, we've heard nothing and haven't even received a prospectus And all this despite a 4th December announcement "NuSep will therefore convene a Special General Meeting in the New Year at which shareholder approval will be sought for the in specie distribution of the shares PrIME Biologics." Well I guess the "New Year" runs all the way to 31st December.
