Steini I think you mean Balam Group and Leon Semenenko. The holding was increased on 20/1 /2012 to about 15.5 %(96600000 shares) and there has been no buying since that I have been able to find.However the 2012 annual report does not mention Balam but National Nominees holds 96600000 shares so these must be the Balam shares.Due to the number of new shares issued over 2012 (see the stream of appendix 3b's)this is equivalent to 9.52 % as at the date of the 2012 annual report. So Balam still holds but just less due to dilution and based on the latest Appendix 3B which states there are now 1,411,347,555 shares on issue would now hold about 6.8%. Will be interesting to see if they take up the options offer
