I note that if the Ce and La can be cheaply removed then the Toshiba price is $101 dollars/kilo.
This would appear to be a greater basket price greater than NTU.
So if the CUX resource can be exploited and the Ce and La removed at less cost than the mining and processing of the NTU price then in theory the CUX resource would be more attractive than the NTU resource. This of course is despite the fact that at the moment NTU's JORC is possibly (probably?) a 1000 times less than CUX's resource.
It is all about the costs.
