Somebody is purchasing a small stake perhaps 5% of CAP and are prepared to knock the price up considerably which has the additional benefit for them of buying votes.
As you say in the real world if it was ASI or Conglin Yue after they control the BOD who is going to do anything to them.
CAP management must be aware of who this party is.
The vote last time was rather precarious in CAP management favour so this buying exercise could tip the scales either way.
It would be nice to have one of those sub holders notices published so that all shareholders can make an informed decision about whether to buy or sell.
