re: something's not right They only had $91,000 in the bank last quarter-they are funding the company themselves IMO.

If the deal does not go ahead in its present form, which is hard to see happening, they are going to need some working capital pronto.

The saving grace with the share price is that it is not an actively traded stock in comparative terms, with a number of holders having scrip buried in the bottom drawer/confused as to how many they currently hold. It may not fall too much initially.

Then bang-a placement at whatever!
