You need to print off their balance sheet and post the potential cash from the sales into the figures and then deduct the payment of all liabilities that the company owes (not just bank debt) and then see what figure you come up with.

Then take the likelihood of the deal actually happening and take it from there.

Willuna needs a company with much more grunt than Apex to make it work.
