Alas the smaller shareholders have tried for a number of years to get transparency and projects that are revenue and profit making into MOT. Unfortunately for US ALL there is a small group of shareholders that have the numbers to decide the direction of the company.

There are many projects in the market place looking for shells at present, therefore there are plenty of opportunities to get a project with substance and not requiring the dilution as this project does.

$3,000,000 initial(then what in 2 traunches) is extremely high for the PPS project that has been announced (also in the announcement C/N's, and more C/R's will be required}.???

IMO DYOR
