I've not given up hope yet, Ian is a good man and it's in his interest to get this sorted. I am hoping the vendor realises that an asset unable to be released, sold, developed etc for revenue for the duration of the litigation is of no help to them, as it is to ZYL

It makes business sense to cut a deal, which is why I'm hoping this is the principle reason for the suspension

If they get this sorted then that's a huge problem off the plate. Ian will go full steam ahead and start turning the company around, focusing on the main project and hopefully sorting out a quick to market/production play

Lots of hopes and maybes at the moment though of course
