I rang Carpentaria today after studying their "Notice of Extraordinary Meeting" I was told I'm the first person to call them to tell a serious mistake has been made in their documentation.

Yet under the Carpentaria "Appoint A Proxy" document. It clearly states "the meeting Chairman" intends to vote undirected proxies in (favour) of all items of business.
This is dead opposite to what the existing board desire.
I pointed out this must be clarified or this drama will not be resolved at the upcoming meeting.
