    My thoughts are it is a no brainer for CAP to exercise their premptive rights and take 100% of HIP.

    The cap raising should be done via a large placement ( using 15% rule) selective placement then offer a SPP to all shareholders for the right to buy at same price up to $30k of stock this would dilute Silvergate away.

    Very important we all vote ( I have already online) to reject silvergate nominees and reject the removal of Nick and team.

    The bona fides of the silvergate chap who was daily commenting on HC appear now to be flakey with self interest
