My bad, didn't realise you where para phrasing from foot notes, also think it goes on to say the directors believe the Company will be successful in implementing its plans and will be able to fund operating commitments and settle obligations for a period beyond 12 months from the date of this report or something close to that, either way its news from 6 months ago, I guess if you don't like it don't buy it, going by SP performance there are plenty that are right off it, would be easy to take a tax friendly hit but I'm still really into it.
