    Just a reminder - Silvergate got 37% vote against 41% last time.

    I think someone is trying to push the share price down. This will cause more panic and those shareholders will blame the existing management.

    But if we can overcome this vote I think CAP management will be in the driving seat.

    My 2 cents.
