you sound a bit on edge mate? i don't think a little bit of buying on friday means the deal is done. does today's selling mean the deal isn't done?!

for me it's simple, if you think they can pull off this then the stock is an absolute bargain at the minute.

If you look at Daton's quarterly, they more or less have the money to do this deal and stated in their announcement last month they are interested in KRBs phosphate as they need a steady long term supply so i think it's well worth a punt.

So i've bought and will possibly buy some more given what i perserve to be sellers selling company for non-fundamental reasons (e.g. simply running outta patience/needing money for other stocks).

If deal becomes binding i'll be hoping for much more than 40% based off today's closing price!
