I have made no allegations. Rather, I have referenced the previous auditors who made some very specific allegations of breaches of the Corporations Act. As noted in my previous post on HC, the specifics are available at http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20120522/pdf/426dst4bffr0js.pdf on pages 8 and 9. In case you don't believe what is on ASX website, it is also available on NuSep's very own website at http://www.nusep.com/user_files/1351393165_ASX%20%20Announcement%2022%20May%202012.pdf. Why did NuSep have this so washed out? Was it to try and hide it? I guess it worked as you seem to not have seen the documents.

You should read this document, it is pretty clear what the allegations are, although the specific actions are not described and the allegations remain unanswered and as you not, creating a very negative perception of our company. Our board just fired the auditors instead. Brush it under the carpet and "stop looking backward".

RB, you also said "the company has....full compliance with ASX policies and requirements". The company's own charter explains that they are NOT in compliance at all. See http://www.nusep.com/user_files/1359485330_ASX%20%20Announcement%2025%20Jan%2013.pdf and on the second page it states "There are two areas where NuSep does not always comply with the: ASX Corporate Governance Principles." And that is from a document produced by the company!

You are right when you say there are posters who are "worthwhile listening to but is ultimately discarded as misleading and misrepresented". Take a look in the mirror after you read these documents.
