I am sure that the Tabang plant will never come on stream again, at least not at its current location.
But according to very recent rumours WEC is actively surveying a deposit in Indonesia close to a place called Melak, which is situated 90km to the southsouthwest of Tabang close to the Sungai Mahakam river (both locations are connected with each other by waterways). The source says a decision on a potential acquisition will be due in April.
I have no idea if this is true or not nor can I say anything about the source's credibility, so do not base your investment decision on this rumour.
