in my thinking, if the PPA was "imminent" along with the "project financing", then why would KP and co issue 950,000,000 shares at .0015 to raise a paltry 1.4 million.
Why not just go with the DV facility and dribble out a few shares for a few bucks here and there as needed.Then terminate once "PPA imminent" is released
No, to me the "imminent" word has got less imminent IMO
