    re: Ann: December 2012 Quarterly Activities a... yeah, I agree, looks like a CR in the low-mid 5's to close at hand.

    So no point in buying at the moment. I think this will be an interim CR, so hopefully modest in nature maybe 20mill @ 5 ish for 1m, then within 2-3 months we'll have the big daddy for project finance, where they will need to raise ~10mill I'd say
