Dumb question but here goes...
How does Thor intend to pay back the loan? Or is the lender that confident that his options will be that far in the money that the proceeds from option conversion will just go straight back to him, plus he gets to keep the shares as well. I can't imagine the lender would go into this thinking he will lose $1 million. Or is Mr Billing close to securing other financing arrangements?
