A few questions:

# I am quite confused. In your letters for the last requisitioned meeting, Silvergate spoke very highly of Nick, clearly stating that as CAPs largest shareholder, you wanted Nick to stay at the company. Whats changed?

# I known the vote regarding the removal of CAPs directors was close last time but what makes you think you have the numbers now?

# Why is Mrs Lau not seeking a seat?

# What happens if you are unsuccesful this time, should we expect a requisition notice every few months?

I really hope this meeting is being called in the interests of all shareholders because at the moment, I am struggling to see what benefits this meeting will bring.

At the moment, I would have thought managements focus should be on the liquidators sale of Hawsons J/V rights and our other projects, not on holding another meeting.
