WTP set to benefit from the uplift in home unit demand as economy turns upward (look at the huge Central Park project in Sydney) plus the massive contracts re Commonwealth Games in Brissie. They've done well there so far & should continue to given their expertise in sporting stadium & associated facilities but the icing on the cake will go to whichever group gets the massive athletes village project. WTP must be in the front runners. I reckon with our reputation, 'new' proactive & cpable management, Qld connections, range of relationships that could round out a consortium to undertake such a project we're looking good. Plenty of upside from here.
