re: Ann: Commitment Received for Placement of... The sp would probably be above 20c had Tsang not killed off the Sumitomo deal. Since then we have had nearly 30% dilution that wouldn't have happened had the deal gone ahead.

Most of the raisings have been below the last raising by Bromley at 10c (which was the lowest up til that time) and nearly all shares issued have been to people connected to Tsang.

Still waiting for something better than the $115m Sumitomo deal. It will need to be much better to justify killing off the deal and also take into consideration the extra dilution shareholders are suffering as a result. Can't see it happening myself.
