How are we paying $4m to FMG?
Why couldnt we wait till 31 March and let the option lapse?
Is this a $4m payment to stay on the good side of our large neighbour in expectation of a future deal? If so who oked this?
Or do they have a another deal already lined up?
I think we need more explanation than a throw away single page announcement but perhaps they are being cryptic for a reason.
