I can understand your perspective and you may be right, but my contra argument is reinforced by MY lack of trust of the ceo from prior investment in ITD
He was given the heave ho by the prior board, was demonstrably a poor manager(look at the fiasco of the new steriliser)made many poor investments (now divested them at a loss but cashflow positive, claiming to fix the company!). He is also a serious SELLER of shares. I think the shareprice is being propped up by the share buyback and he sells into that high price.
I hope you're right...I hold no shares but watch out of curiosity given my scar tissue from this one!
