But the questions is Nathanblack, does the chart work or not?, IMO one cant say they don't work.. but wait! except only one specific chart from 2008 because it shows some sort of a trend!

Also,why should we believe the 1.2c level is important?, I would have though it is the 1.4c where some significant buying happened in anticipation of a run that does not unfortunately eventuate for those buyers.
