The locals are reporting to me someone of completely different characteristics.A young lad who has gone to Broome to get an in depth education in the field.Apparently on close questioning they have discovered he is a rank amateur in this matters,but that is not to say that in his own area of work that he could not press some buttons with devastating effect.

It appears like your knowledge indicates a case of false identity or even perhaps there are two of these people wandering around.
