this is the problem

the lack of trading (selling) resulted in keeping confidence in the stock

but the lack of trading (buying) also resulted in its steady decline (whilst holders remained confident)

the large players have let it run down but were happy to buy so they could average down at 38.5

in fact, the large players were obviously shorting the stock with their constant non-stop computer trading

i did not notice Pala issue a change in subtantial holding notice, despite it mentioned they would participate in the capital raising

better contact ELM about this
