I have been watching the market depth of KEY for quite some time and it has been terrible and there are range of bear factors involved, imho.
Even when the preparations and the start of the drilling failed to turn it around, even though Tuesday it tried hard but there is a wall of sellers there.
Normally investors would think of the risk reward ratio with an oil well and say that the risk is at these prices worth it,but it is not happening. They are writing the well off before the main objectives have been reached.
In terms of supply and demand ,on the demand side very little interest, very few buyers entering,on the sell side plenty of sellers, with new ones entering.
My thoughts are that the sophisicated investors(140million shares issued at 2.8 cents)do not have any close feeling for KEY and were interested in a short term gain and it is not materialising in the early drilling so they are getting out for as close as they can to 2.8 cents.
In conclusion the buy side, entry of buyers will only happen when the daily reports mention that 3 letter word OIL.
