Hmmmm... This may be so.....

It all depends on how you look at it.

I have no definite information that any cash/shares... if they were ever transferred ! were recovered ... or not.

I would imagine that payment would have occurred when clear title was registered through Dept Mins and Energy, in NSW. And the appropriate Minister paid off of course.... (ref ICAC).

So it is more likely that no valuable consideration ever changed hands. Except to lawyers ... who never miss out.

Any liens, covenants etc would be examined and other interested parties listed on the current approved application would be notified and have the opportunity to object. They Did.

So while I criticise for fun, and perverse amusement, I am careful NOT to give anyone a hard time unless I know... For Sure.
