The recent ELM presentation makes some murmurs about ELM working towards a range of outcomes, with CAPEX potentially reducing, and parties perhaps entering into infrastructure agreements. If only this oe can get an AKM-type agreement, it would help. However, ELM needs news soon- there really has been no material news for the company since this time in September, 2012. Lots of news to come, one imagines. It's only still about 10% below the raising price, though. I'm looking at this one with interest.
