Paddyboy its been stated by Les and CC that they have been talking for a long while a very long honeymoon were the words used by Les.Being good corporate citzens I am sure they shared lots of notes about Mt Monger and each companies drill results are public.There is no question that Igr CC is a great geologist and developed through a very very high exploration budget a great resource but full regard for knowing where to go. Over an 8 year drilling project from 2 companies they both have a great understanding of the geology of the area. The combined Slr Igr has all that knowledge.Igr were spending $25m per year on exploration,they had to to get more resources to hold major investors like Van eck.Despite the quality of the resource they could not manage it and basically admitted they did not have the expertise for underground. So there is no need to spend more than $18m on exploration,we will be judged on profit and there is plenty of time to develope resources. The good part is drilling of $18m is more than fully funded from merger savings. This will take a year to see the full potential of the merger.If POG hangs in the company is solid.
