This is not exactly a big investment for Macquarie and they were also in at a pretty low price from memory, not sure them staying in means anything, they were probably kept in the dark as much as anyone

whilst I'm out of ZYL I'm very interested to see what happens here, there are a number of Hemisphere related companies that are facing a similar fate, no cash, all time low share price and complicated asset structures.
