It's certainly on the improve, mainly due to the boys from Pala moving in. Having an experienced board of directors makes a big difference. These guys own another mining services company over in Canada and they are increasing their stake in WDS. I'm sure it's a recovery/takeover play and at this price is a pretty safe bet.
