I believe the 33m Trustee Shares is to enable Oxx to raise funds from time to time for the benefits of its members which is you and me. These shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares.
So if Oxx ever needs some cash, oxx will ask the Trustee to sell the shares on-market.
