Depending on number of shares that you hold it may be worth considering selling a "parcel" high and re-buying via the proposed issue at .155cps? Make sure you work the 2/13 out prior. It wouldn't surprise me if a few are doing this at the moment. Stock is tightly held hence some of the holders will have to come up with quite a few $$$$ to receive the .155cps.

On the other hand those wishing to purchase (AND) via the issue @.155cps and don't hold, have no option but to purchase.....
