re: News: Macmahon denies suitors blocking al... Did you have a read of the press release from Sembawang...seemed very laid back and a bit of tongue in cheek. We dont need lawsuits atm over this. I guess it is up to the Shareholders to approve the deal or not. But this is very interesting.

What capital were they going to inject? That is an interesting part to me. Could we have avoided such a heavy dilution?

Ross Carrol and the board may have some explaining to do. It is pretty clear they were looking after their no. 1 shareholder.
