Of course any diluton is regrettable, but 100m issued wouldn't be the end of the world if it got them through to the next stage
I think getting cash levels sorted out would probably also be an initial negative for the SP, but after that it should be a big positive, allowing them to have cashflow sorted and focus on the future plans
