figures i used for imf are as follows
pr - 34%
roe - 38.5
shares - 123.2
se - 111.7
my required return around 12%
agree its optimistic mate these are based on the half yearly results but siv were 3.2 at one stage with an intrisic of 3.9 and look where they are today.
i think these are a winner but like i say before the hedging is my biggest concern.
