Wang, with all due respect Universal Coal is one such junior that has stitched up funding. I'm sure there are others, but very far & few between.
I think we can aptly name this rally the "Does Someone Else Know What I Don't Already Know About ZYL" rally.
Still watching, still not convinced (not to say I am 100% correct here)
