where there is smoke there is fire! been undervalued for sometime and CFo says cash flow improving. They apparently were looking for more money for growth, so a great option by the Board to talk to suitors.
Obvious that something is going on. Could be the first nice announcement for 2013 for the portfolio.
price action strong and selling looks weak.
