it,s a shame for sure on a personal level ...but as you stated not to be heartless , but as the announcement said the victim was an employee of the company that was contracted to do the drilling on the test well , so I would "assume" the contracted company would be front and center for liabilities . the main downside for SEA is in the delays associated with the investigation and work stoppage on the well .... god bless the family of the victim . glta
