Here's a quote from their announcement of 22 Oct:
Debt financing for Marda is expected to be finalised in the December 2012 Quarter.
Time is almost up for this key milestone to be announced. Once we have funding it is count down to production and a higher share price.
The 23 nov ann said "..indicative terms received from
potential debt providers are in line with the Company’s previous statements regarding the level of debt funding likely to be available" for the Marda project. That should mean 100% debt funding and no capital raising.
