Cheers, Snowy. Sometimes I just get the feeling that people might start off as an agitator, and then just end up as a Director, if you know what I mean. So, I could be the nicest person in the world, and then end up a politician, and the act of doing so, changes me.
However, and this is the important bit: directors can be "nice", and talk to shareholders, and have warm communication skills, etc. But a company is not a group of counsellors- having a business on the ASX is cut-throat, and companies are vying for investors, in tough times- not enough investors to go around all the speccies, so to speak.
So, I was wondering if Wendy has a business plan. Discontent with the past and current, will really never be enough. What will the new folks DO? Change is not about personalities- it's about the decisions made.
I am not a holder, but I think you holders have a unique opportunity to ask what will MOT look like if the new people get in? Think of Wendy's presence as a job interview, because how can you vote for anyone unless you know the PLAN?
