Because it was a stated goal part of their strategy ! Is there no integrity in this company. Sure they seem to have a good resource but there management team leaves a lot to be desired . I have been a great supporter however nothing irritates more than one breached commitment after another. Let me tell you about good management , form a vision write a detailed strategy no guesses required and then stick to it. If you cant stick to the strategy then don't write it.
