a brief was put together for ASIC at the time of the capital raising by a couple of shareholders highlighting how shareholders had been misled by management and directors but you guessed it - no response from ASIC except to advise that they would get back to the shareholders and over 12 months down the track we are still waiting. They just aren't interested in protecting honest and loyal shareholders
