On the 7th December Hazelwood announced as follows:-
" The Company wishes to advise that 109,461,340 Shortfall Shares at $0.02 each, and for a total of $2,189,226.80, were issued and allotted today. The total shares on issue, inclusive of this allotment, is 904,276,868 ordinary shares.
The Company is in receipt of further Shortfall Shares applications which will be allotted upon receipt of cleared funds."
I suspect the reason why the share price has fallen back is because more 2 cent shares are coming into the market. In addition it's getting close to the Christmas slow down and share buyers are going on holiday so there's little action. If the Company gets its act together and starts production then we might see a rise in the value of the shares: until then it's fingers crossed and hope for the best.
