Forgive me if I haven't been up with the overall market trends, but I'm yet to see too many stocks rising parabolically lately.
Nor is parabolic a good term per se. Anything which resembles that will eventually collapse - big time.
I honestly can't see that happening to silver - not unless the crooked manipulators come flooding back with renewed purpose, aided by equally corrupt central banks.
The question is: what happens when the available above-ground supply of silver is almost gone, as more and more long-term buyers take on the speculative shorts?
Which brings me to the question of AYN's own - apparently small - resource supply. Firstly, they are looking for more silver, are they not? Secondly, 20 million or so ounces in a world in which there is a rapidly diminishing supply of silver is a good thing, is it not?
All I know is, for this to work, you need to be playing a long game. Playing with speculators is akin to playing with sharks - not something I'm either enamoured of or especially fond of doing.
