Just from an outsiders view, the forecast dividend is dropping over the next 2 years to 2.75% and 2.3%, it appears there's better value elsewhere. I know there's a lot more to the NHC story to unfold in the next 12 months particularly in their gas assets but appetite for the unknown is low atm.
