nexif pte ltd increase its stake to 10.2%, page-9

On the subholder notice, I noticed a certain Matthew Bartley who is a director of nexif.

Is he the same person as to the link below??

The link above mentions Matthew Bartley as the person (for and in behalf of AES) who led the acquisition of the masinloc power plant in the philippines in 2008. So basically it's pretty obvious that he is into the power generation business.
