Not that the actual spud date actually matters.

More importantly, how much money is being wasted having crews sitting around doing nothing whilst waiting for some minor administrative matter of a JV partner to be cleared up.

Not sure this is actually happening, but I'd be fairly annoyed if it were.

The extremely vague wording of the announcement would appear to support the hypothesis. It's almost as if they are waiting to get clearance to publish the top secret spud date.

Can't wait to see step 3 of the forward plan-still can't remember what this is though.
