Tax deductions do very little good unless the company actually has to pay something called tax!
That rate makes you wonder:
Why didn't they go to SEA and get a loan for that amount? SEA has the funds and they IMO would have been happy to earn 20% a year while waiting......
unreal............and people wonder why 'investing' in shares is no longer popular...........
